    • Elliot: A smaller-sized pecan with a thinner shell, Elliot is prized for its rich, buttery flavor. It is often used in premium snack mixes and processed products.
    • Pawnee: Known for its early harvest and high-quality, large-sized kernels. Pawnee has a sweet, buttery flavor.
